Learning the size of your house helps us better estimate the amount of time and people we need to meet your specific cleaning needs. Larger homes need more time and possibly more cleaners than smaller homes.
Our cleaning plans include a baseline of standard cleaning services that meet most if not all of a typical home’s cleaning needs. Since every home is different, we have a variety of additional add-ons that you can select for your specific home’s needs and we charge for the estimated amount of extra time it will take us to complete that task.
Our cleaning plans are designed to be tailored to your home and your needs. Since not all homes are exactly alike, we’ve outlined some of the additional rooms you may want us to clean and charge for the estimated amount of extra time it will take us to complete that task.
For a typical 1 or 2 bedroom apartment, we usually send one person. For bigger homes (1,200 sq ft or larger), we send 2 or more people depending on the size.
We will make an appointment to come by and look at your space and talk about your organizational goals. We make a plan tailored to what you need and we break that plan down into a number of 4 hour work sessions.
We charge $63 per hr and we work in 4hr sessions
